Cleanliness needs serious attention!!! The lobby restrooms were unpleasantly dirty, and the surrounding area felt neglected. Early check-in protocols could be more accommodating for guests traveling long distances!!!

Had a great stay! The staff really went the extra mile, and my room was spacious and comfy. Just a heads-up, they need to pay more attention to cleanliness, I found some dust and stained towels. Still, I'd come back for sure!

The location next to Union Metro Station made getting around Dubai effortless. I appreciated the spacious room with a comfy bed and the fast Wi-Fi that kept me connected. The sitting area provided a nice spot to relax after exploring the city. However, the dining experience fell short. Breakfast options skewed heavily towards Indian cuisine, which I found limiting. Basic items like toast, butter, and cheese were missing, leaving me disappointed. Also, the toaster not working added to the frustration. Finally, despite being promised a balcony, I was placed in a room without one. A little more attention to these details would make a huge difference.

Perfect for short transit stays

The people at the hotel are very nice. They made arrangements for breakfast to go since we had an early flight, and I mean, it was really well-prepared food like a sandwich, an omelette, and fresh coffee. Totally saved us from missing it. And the room was spacious, very clean, felt like I got good value for what I paid.
